Agreement to Terms

Placing an Order

All orders placed on our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, contain pricing errors, or cannot be fulfilled due to inventory limitations.

Many of our products are made-to-order. By placing such an order, you acknowledge:

• Made-to-order items cannot be cancelled after 48 hours from the time of purchase.
• Lead times are estimates and may vary based on manufacturer production schedules.
• Pricing is subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed.

A confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance of your order. We will notify you promptly if an order cannot be fulfilled.

Pricing, Taxes & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in U.S. dollars. Texas Leather Interiors reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.

Applicable sales tax will be applied at checkout based on your shipping address in accordance with Texas state law and any other applicable jurisdiction.

By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Cancellations resulting in credit card refunds are subject to a 5% processing fee.

Shipping Policy

We ship within the contiguous United States. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Texas Leather Interiors is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Risk of loss and title for all items passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• Inspect all deliveries carefully at the time of receipt before signing.
• Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
• For damage concealed at time of delivery, photograph both the item and packaging immediately and contact us without delay.

Failure to note damage at the time of delivery may limit our ability to assist with a claim.

Return & Cancellation Policy

Special orders are neither refundable nor returnable. Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales on special order items are final once the 48-hour cancellation window has passed.

For eligible returns on in-stock items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition and original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective.

Accuracy of Descriptions

We make every effort to display product colors, textures, and dimensions as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display will accurately reflect the actual product. Natural materials such as leather and wood will vary in grain, texture, and tone — this is an inherent characteristic of handcrafted goods, not a defect.

Texas Leather Interiors reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice.

Manufacturer Warranties

Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer and product. Where applicable, manufacturer warranty documentation will be included with your order or made available upon request. Texas Leather Interiors does not extend any additional warranty beyond those provided by the manufacturer.

Warranty claims are subject to the individual manufacturer's terms and conditions. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper care are not covered under any warranty.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Texas Leather Interiors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of this website or any products purchased through it.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the item(s) in dispute.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
